Founded in 1991 by Anette Wesström Sundqvist, Fourfield Group is built on a clear philosophy: long-term partnerships, strong brands and sustainable growth. We believe that true success comes from trust, commitment and a deep understanding of both brands and markets.

Our journey began at NK Stockholm, where Anette Wesström Sundqvist founded and led the highly successful NK Sport & Lifestyle department, a benchmark for premium retail in Scandinavia. This background in one of the most prestigious department stores in the region continues to shape our approach to quality, curation and customer experience.

Today, the Fourfield Group consists of three companies: Fourfield AB, Fourfield Distribution AB and Fourfield Retail AB. Since 1997, Fourfield Distribution has been the official distributor of Barbour in the Nordic and Baltic markets. What started as a focused partnership has grown into a remarkable success story. Barbour is now represented by more than 350 carefully selected retailers across the region, making it one of the strongest and most established premium lifestyle brands in our portfolio.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Fourfield operates showrooms in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki, ensuring close collaboration with retailers and partners throughout the Nordic and Baltic countries.

n 2018, we further strengthened our commitment to the Barbour brand by opening the first Barbour Store in the Nordic region, located at Kungsgatan 33 in Stockholm. The store is designed to highlight Barbour’s British heritage, craftsmanship and versatility, with a strong focus on customer experience and brand storytelling.

Fourfield Group is currently in an expansive phase. We continuously explore new opportunities within brand distribution and retail, with a particular focus on developing Barbour stores in Nordic capitals and introducing new premium lifestyle brands to the region.
